What happens after I purchase the service?

Standard Service: we will register the eligible key and product details, and no further action is required from you. Premium Service: we will email you a secure link to register the keyholder details and security PIN.

How do I access my key on the Premium Service?

After your Premium registration has been set up, you will be emailed a secure link. Use that link to request the stored key and pay the relevant delivery charge.

What is included with the Standard Service?

Standard registers the eligible product and key details, securely records the key number, helps with access to the additional manufacturer warranty where applicable, provides a 10% discount code for up to three replacement keys if required, and prioritises a future replacement-key order.

What is included with the Premium Service?

Premium includes the relevant Standard features and a spare key that is pre-ordered and securely stored. Keyholder details are anonymised and protected by a security PIN, and the stored key can be requested for next-day dispatch to a UK address. The relevant delivery charge is payable when the key is requested.

Does the Standard Service include a stored spare key?

No. A pre-ordered spare key is securely stored only as part of the Premium Service.

Which key type should I select?

Select the key type that matches your existing Bulldog key. Compare the Original Tubular Key and Assa Abloy Blade Key photographs carefully before ordering.

Why does Premium cost more for an Assa Abloy Blade Key?

Premium includes an additional £8.49 per key when the Assa Abloy Blade Key is selected. This is the additional cost associated with pre-ordering and securely storing that key type.

What information do I need to add the service?

You will need the original Bulldog key order reference, the complete key number, the correct key type and the number of keys to be covered by the service.

Is there a delivery charge when I purchase the service?

No delivery charge is added when purchasing the registration service. For Premium customers, the relevant delivery charge is payable only when the stored key is requested.
